What counts as a unique recipient?
A unique recipient is a phone number that receives at least one outbound SMS during the billing period. Multiple messages to the same number count as one recipient across the entire workspace. Inbound-only contacts do not count; they start counting if you send them an outbound SMS.
What happens when I reach 5,000 recipients?
On Business, another 5,000 recipients are automatically unlocked for $5 from your prepaid Voxi credit balance. If you don’t have enough credit, sending to new recipients beyond your unlocked capacity pauses until you top up. Each extra block lasts for the current billing period and resets at the next one.
Is dual SIM included?
Yes. Each plan includes one physical Android device, whether it has one SIM or two. The second SIM costs nothing extra, and all limits and fair-use thresholds are shared across the SIMs on that device. Lite costs $1 per workspace per month. On Business, each additional physical Android device costs $5/month; it does not add recipient capacity.
Are incoming SMS charged?
No. Incoming SMS are included and do not count toward outbound SMS limits, unique recipient limits or outbound fair-use volume. Exceptionally high-volume automated inbound usage may still be subject to fair use.
Are Business SMS really unlimited?
Business does not charge per SMS for normal business use. Usage remains subject to fair use and Android/carrier limitations. Fair use is approximately 15,000 outbound SMS per month per active Android device, across all SIMs on that device. Occasionally exceeding this guideline is not an automatic hard cap or a per-message overage charge.
