What automation tools does VoxiSMS integrate with?
VoxiSMS has a public Zapier integration, an installable Make app, and a verified n8n community node. Connect the integration in your chosen platform, then send SMS from your Android phone and route incoming replies into your workflows.
How does VoxiSMS work with automation tools?
VoxiSMS acts as the SMS delivery layer. When a trigger fires in Zapier or Make, the platform sends an instruction to VoxiSMS specifying the recipient number and message text. VoxiSMS forwards this to your registered Android phone, which sends the SMS through your carrier network.
Do I need my own phone number to use VoxiSMS integrations?
Yes - and this is the key difference. Your messages are sent from the SIM card in your Android phone, so recipients see your actual mobile number. Other SMS services send from shared shortcodes or rented numbers that recipients do not recognize.
Is there a per-message charge when using VoxiSMS with Zapier or Make?
VoxiSMS Lite costs $1/month per workspace and is included with every paid Voxiplan plan. Business costs $9/month with one Android device and 5,000 unique outbound recipients. Extra devices cost $5/month each; additional 5,000-recipient blocks cost $5 for the current billing period, prepaid with Voxi credits. Carrier charges still apply.
Can I receive SMS replies and use them in my automations?
Yes. In Zapier, choose VoxiSMS as the trigger app and select New Inbound SMS. Connect your account and test with a reply to your VoxiSMS number. In Make, use the inbound module available in your installed VoxiSMS app or a custom webhook configured for reply forwarding.
What happens if my Android phone is offline?
If your phone is offline temporarily, VoxiSMS queues the message and sends it as soon as the phone reconnects. For mission-critical workflows, you can register multiple devices for redundancy and higher throughput.
